Judy Ann Smith was born August 3, 1948 in Loxley, AL. Judy lived her childhood years in Pensacola, FL where she met and married her children's father, Robert while he was stationed in the Navy in her hometown. They then moved to Broken Bow, OK to make their home. Judy was a homemaker and devoted mother. After her children both married, she moved back to Pensacola, obtained her LPN license, and worked in the health profession until falling ill. Judy departed this life Friday, June 29, 2012. Judy had a smile and personality that was easily infectious to all who encountered her. She never met a stranger, was a friend to many, and loved and was loved by those near and dear to her heart. She loved visiting, driving, and shopping. She always had her hair, make up, clothes, and jewelry in perfect condition. She was a picture of class and will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mayzel and Billy Salter three brothers, Raymond, Timothy, and Ronald Salter. Judy leaves to cherish her memory two sons and daughters-in-law, Derral Todd and Debbie Smith and their children MaKayla, Trinity, and Trey Smith of Broken Bow, OK and Robert Allen and Cindy Smith and their children Koleman, Kashlyn, and Harlee Smith of Cantonement, FL and Dakota Smith of Dierks, AR; one sister, Brenda Jefferson and five brothers, Gene, Kenny, Terry, Donnie, and Mark Salter all from Pensacola, FL; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral Services will be held Friday July 6, 2012 at 10 AM in the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow.
