Cary Lynn Peters, 46, of Broken Bow, OK went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Wadley Medical Center, Texarkana, Texas. He was born April 30, 1968 the son of Samuel Peters, Sr. and Wynona James. He was a member of the St. Matthews Presbyterian Church. He was a truck driver for Rustin Concrete in Idabel. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and cooking and working at the church. He never met a stranger. Cary leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Arita Peters; four sons, Alex Peters and fianc Nancy Lopez of Idabel, Cody Peters of New York, NY, Ryan and Jessica Battiest of Wright City, Bryan and Kayla Battiest of Calera, OK; mother, Wynona James of Ft. Towson; father, Samuel Peters Sr. of Hugo, OK; two brothers and sister-in-law, Sam Jr. and Shirley Peters of Sawyer, OK; Gary Peters of Ft. Towson. He leaves behind seven grandchildren and two nieces, numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
